Mobile Crane Operator (Red Seal)
Program provides the theory and practical upgrade training for the SKILLED TRADES BC Interprovincial and Red Seal exam for operators that have worked 5600 documented hours of which1,600 hours must be operating time on a crane over 20 Tonnes. Note: of those 1600 operating hours, a minimum of 400 hours must be accumulated on operating one or more of :Lattice friction, Mobile lattice hydraulic or mobile hydraulic with a capacity greater than 80 Tonnes.

Mobile Hydraulic 80 Tonnes and under
Program provides the theory and practical portions for the SKILLED TRADES BC and Fulford Certification challenge exams, in order to challenge the exam you must have worked a minimum of 400 hours of operating mobile hydraulic cranes with a capacity greater than 20 metric Tonnes.

Boom Truck Operator (Stiff Boom Unlimited Tonnage)
Program provides the theory and practical portions for the SKILLED TRADES BC and Fulford Certification challenge exams, for Operators that meet the requirement's of the SkilledTradesBC including have worked a minimum of 400 hours of operating a Boom Truck over 40 Tonnes.

New operator entering the industry
Program is designed to get you started safely and productively with confidence 70% practical and 30% theory, utilizing the Crane Operator Hierarchy Level A & B system to achieve the certification that is correct for you and your employer, during this program you will Operate Stiff Boom, Folding Boom and Rough Terrain Cranes in an industrial environment. There is many steps to the Level B requirements that are being overlooked by employers and operators regarding the required experience and knowledge of the supervisor responsible for the provisional operator, Matterhorn is here to guide you both through the required steps with training, responsibilities and documentation.
Program Length: 10 days straight, 100 hours. can be adjusted

The average wage: $ 48.00- $ 65.00 per hr

In British Columbia and operators must be certified by BC Crane Safety. Fulford Level A BC Crane Safety Certification assessment is the one of the requirements for BC Crane Safety certification and is recognized by WorkSafeBC and Yukon’s Workers Compensation Health and Safety Board as proof of practical competence.
